The single girder overhead crane can be installed to traveling
rail and base installed on the brackets of building pillars.
This enables usage of a relatively larger capacity cranes
and because it makes the most effective use of space below
ceiling rafters, a wider lifting range is assured. Smooth
traveling is obtained by guide mechanism with the side rollers,
and girder construction can be designed based on the rated
load and span. Moreover, the overall length of the end carriage
is shorter, and more effective use of the work space have
been obtained by installing the geared motor in better position.
A dual speed type crane
is available when speed-controlled work is necessary. There
is also an urethane wheel type of crane that effectively reduces
noise and vibrations in travel. It is recommended for factories
near residential areas, duplex office-homes and nighttime
work. This type of crane runs by urethane wheel, directly
over the top flange of the H-beam, thus reducing noise and
vibrations in travel. With these cranes, it is not necessary
to install a light rail. Thus reducing on installation cost
and time.
Single speed crane
This crane employs the geared motors specially designed by
Kito to ensure smooth starts and stops. It is suited for general
work.
Dual
speed crane
This crane is capable of pendant button-controlled speed shift
between low and high speed (reduction ratio of 4:1). It is
suited for work requiring varied speed operation.
Manual
geared type crane
This manual geared type of crane balances travel smoothly
by synchronizing driving wheel on both side. With a relatively
shorter travel distance, it is suited for low frequency work.
SOFTRUN
device as option
This device electrically controls motor speed for smooth acceleration
of the crane traveling for minimizing load swing at start-up.
It is highly suited for handling high inertia loads or operating
long span cranes.
